Anhui Liyuan CNC Blade Mold Manufacturing, Co. Ltd., is located in Bowang District, Maanshan City, Anhui Province.Founded in 2002, we are the earliest professional manufacturer in the Chinese market who focused on Research & Development in computerized numerical control (CNC) for bending machine mold and shear blade manufacture.
Within our over 30000m2 standardized workshop, we have over 120 sophisticated pieces of equipment, including CNC Gantry Machining Centers, Vertical Machine Centers, High precision CNC Surface Grinding Machines, Large Punch Cutting Machines and Milling Machines. This allows us to provide high precision molds, blades and accessories for large machines.
Our professional research and development team has collaborated with Anhui Hefei University of Technology for 'Industry Education & Research' and the updated research outcomes provide us with the technology base making sure that we are always at the forefront of the domestic industry.
By constant innovative research and technical reform, we have marketed a group of high-tech new products. Leading products like 'Extra-length double flagging mold', 'Inner bend press forming mold', 'Adjustable Groove Mold', 'Extra-protrude workbench for plate bending', have not only fulfilled the high quality requirements of the domestic market, but have also broken the technical monopoly previously held by similar foreign products.
